Hiram College offers a number of international scholarships- including the James A. Garfield Global Scholarship. This scholarship has the potential to cover tuition for one year – the award amount is between $19,000 and $23,000.


To be eligible for this scholarship international students must complete an application to Hiram College before February 15th. Students must score a minimum of 1100 on the SAT in the combined math and critical reading sections and have at least a 3.5 GPA on a 4.0 grading scale.


International students from any country and pursuing any degree are able to apply for this scholarship if they plan on attending Hiram College.


Hiram College is located in Hiram, Ohio and was founded in 1850. There are currently 1,200 undergraduate students including more than 70 international students from 30 countries around the world studying at Hiram College.

If you like answering trivia questions and love scholarships then the EdU scholarship is a great opportunity you need to check out. CompareCards.com is hosting this scholarship and will award one student $2,500 each month.


If you’re interested in this scholarship you must be enrolled in college, be at least 16 years of age and a resident of the United States. This is a great opportunity for US citizens or residents who are studying abroad through a US college or university.

Each month you have a chance to win $1,000! GotChosen Scholarships now has a new opportunity for students around the world to have access to extra funds for their education. To be eligible to apply for this scholarship you must meet the following:

FISITA Travel Bursary

The FISITA Travel Bursary is helping international students from around the world to pursue engineering through the automotive industry. Just to name a few examples, they have “enabled Korean students to work for General Motors in Michigan, USA, helped Australian students fund placements at Robert Bosch GmbH in Germany; supported Polish students studying at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia; helped students from India to carry out research at Automotive Institute of HAN University, The Netherlands and contributed funding for UK students to study at Manipal Institute of Technology in India.”


Numerous €2000 scholarships twice a year will be awarded through the FISITA Travel Bursary to help students with costs associated with international internships, exchange programs or work placements.


To be eligible for this scholarship you must meet the following requirements:



  1. Be studying engineering at an undergraduate or postgraduate level at a recognized college or university.

  2. Have arranged an industry or research placement in an automotive company or organization overseas.

  3. Be a member of the FISITA membership society.


Individuals who apply for the FISITA Travel Bursary will want to ensure they review the checklist and terms and conditions, then complete the application form to be reviewed by the program judges.


FISITA is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving automotive transportation since being founded in 1948.
